Training Objectives:

At the end of the day, what is a gold medal to you? What is the highest level of success and effectiveness for you?

1. Avoid Defeat at All Cost.

We take great pride in our submission counters, in our comfort in worst case scenerios, in our ability to predict problems before they happen and shut them down.

This applies to punches as well as submissions.

2. When the opportunity presents itself seize the opportunity and win by submission.

Points don't exist in our mind.

"Whoever does not lost the fight can only win."

The 4 Filters:

1. Manage the Distance.

2. Control the Chaos.

3. Strike Strategically.

4. Survive Efficiently.
